Festival camping cannot be reserved on Labor Day. **HorseThief the Festival weekend utility sites and cabins/yurts will be for sale on May 1, 2021, like always. Canceling 14 days or less will results in no refund given. **Cancellation Policy – Canceling Campsites/Lodging Units 15 days or more prior to arrival results in a refund minus a $10.00 transaction fee. HTR has a STRICT refund policy, so be positive of your reservations. ON HOLIDAYS, CABINS AND YURTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO HAVE A THREE CONSECUTIVE NIGHT STAY.Īlso, please note that if you reserved a campsite or lodging unit, and do not arrive within 24 hours after your scheduled time of arrival, we will cancel your reservation unless you’ve made prior arrangements through the HTR office. HOLIDAY CAMPSITES REQUIRE A FOUR- NIGHT STAY. $15.00 per night for those that purchase annual camping permits (our utility fee) and $30 per night for those that choose not to purchase annual camping permits and annual vehicle permits. *HOLIDAY WEEKENDS (INCLUDES MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, INDEPENDENCE DAY WEEKEND AND LABOR DAY WEEKEND) must be paid in full when reserving. HorseThief-the Lodge reservations will require the $500.00 deposit due upon reserving. *Cabin, and yurt reservations will be required to pay the $150.00 deposit for each weekend booked. BEFORE AND AFTER THOSE DATES, CAMPSITES WILL BE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. *RESERVATIONS FOR CAMPING WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FROM TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2021. HOLIDAY WEEKENDS REQUIRE A FOUR (4) NIGHT RESERVATION. REGULAR CAMPING WEEKENDS (NOT HOLIDAYS OR FESTIVAL) REQUIRES A TWO-NIGHT STAY WHICH MUST INCLUDE A FRIDAY/SATURDAY OR A SATURDAY/SUNDAY NIGHT STAY. The camper will be responsible for the $15.00 utility fee booking for the 2021 season. Annual Camp permits cost $250.00 and will be good from Januto December 31, 2021. The utility sites and cabins/yurts will be up for 2021 reservations beginning September 7, 2020. In person reservations will be taken before phone calls.
